Where to Claim Prizes

Prizes Below R50,000
If you played with a ticket purchased from a store, prizes of up to R2,000 can be claimed from any authorised retailer, though some may also pay out claims up to R5,000 at their own discretion - find your nearest retailer with the Store Locator.
Prizes of up to R50,000 can be claimed from any post office. If you played by any other means, you do not have to visit a post office. The prize money is instead paid to your bank account or the online account or e-wallet you used to play.
