There are two kinds of Free Lottery draw: the Daily Draw and the Weekly Draw. The sections below describe their differences, but the rules for playing each one are the same. Your aim is to match six numbers between 1 and 75 with the set of winning numbers randomly picked on a given draw day. If you match all six numbers, you could win up to £10,000 (approx. R170,000).
Winning a Free Lottery prize is simple: match all six numbers to win the jackpot. There are no prizes for matching any less than all six numbers. The odds of winning a jackpot prize in either the Daily Draw or the Weekly Draw are 1 in 201,359,550 – up to three times likelier than winning a jackpot in some paid lottery draws.

UK Free Lottery Daily Draw
The Free Lottery Daily Draw takes place every day at approximately 21:30, offering a fixed jackpot prize of £500 (approx. R8,500).
The Daily Draw is free to enter every day, and does not require anything more than registration to the Free Lottery website to enter. The entry deadline for each draw is set for two hours before it takes place, at 19:30 (17:30 UTC).
UK Free Lottery Weekly Draw
The Free Lottery Weekly Draw takes place on Monday afternoons at around 16:00, with a jackpot prize of £10,000 (approx. R170,000) available to win. The deadline for entering the draw is 14:00, two hours before it takes place.
The only condition for entry into the Weekly Draw is that you enter at least three Daily Draws in the week leading up to it. The qualifying week runs from 17:00 SAST on Monday to 14:00 the following Monday; enter any three Daily Draws during this period and you will unlock entry to the Weekly Draw.
As a bonus, if you're a new player you get instant access to the first Weekly Draw after you register; the qualifying rules above apply for any subsequent Weekly Draws.
